The wooden door is injured occasionally. Please do

The wooden door is "injured" occasionally. Please don't panic about the maintenance of the wooden door

1. Treatment of wood door scratch: if the wood door is accidentally scratched, but does not touch the wood below the paint film, you can use a soft cloth with a little melted wax to coat the paint film wound and cover the wound. After the wax hardens, apply another coat. The film scar can be covered up by applying it repeatedly for several times

2. Remove the oil ink on the wooden door: add two parts of white vinegar to one part of water, wipe the oil ink on the wooden door with a sponge dipped in the mixture, and then clean and dry it

3. Remove water marks: water marks usually take a period of time to disappear. If it is still visible after a month, please wipe it along the grain direction with a clean soft cloth coated with a small amount of salad oil or mayonnaise on the water mark. Or cover the mark with a wet cloth, and then carefully press the wet cloth with an electric iron for several times, and the mark can be diluted

4. Remove the oil stain on the wooden door: residual tea is an excellent detergent. Spray a small amount of corn flour after wiping, and finally wipe the corn flour. Corn flour can absorb all the dirt adsorbed on the surface of the wooden door, making the paint smooth and bright

5. Treatment of yellowing of white or light colored wooden doors: the white or light colored paint on the surface of the wooden door will change color over time. You can wipe it with a cloth dipped in toothpaste. Be careful not to use too much force. You can also mix the two egg yolks evenly, apply it to the yellowing place with a soft brush, and wipe it carefully with a soft cloth after drying

6. Protect hardware ornaments: just wipe them gently with a dry cloth. Do not use detergent containing chemical substances

7. Remove the stuck paper: soak the paper completely with salad oil, and wipe it gently in the direction of wood grain with special steel wool for wooden door after a few minutes. Dry and polish

8. Fade the burn marks: cigarette butts or unquenched matches leave scorch marks on the paint surface of the wooden door. If the paint surface burns, wrap a layer of fine grained hard cloth on the matchstick or toothpick, gently wipe the marks, and then apply a layer of thin wax to fade the scorch marks

9. Scratch: if the paint surface of the wooden door is scratched and does not touch the wood under the paint, you can apply crayons or pigments with the same color as the wooden door on the wound surface of the wooden door to cover the exposed background color, and then apply a thin layer of transparent nail polish

10. Removal of styrofoam: it is common to stick excess styrofoam on the surface of solid wood doors during the installation process of solid wood doors. Once you accidentally get the styrofoam on the surface of solid wood doors, remember not to be in a hurry to wipe it off immediately. Don't care about it first. After the styrofoam is completely cured, just pull it down by hand without leaving obvious marks. Otherwise, the more you rub it, the more it sticks everywhere, and it's a mess
