Basic procedures for the import and export of printed matter
the import and export of trade printed matter are uniformly operated by China National Book Import and Export Corporation, China National Education Book Import and Export Corporation and international bookstores. For the printed matter to be printed in Hong Kong and Macao, the domestic entrusted printing unit shall fill in the "examination card for printing in Hong Kong and Macao" in advance, and submit it to the national publishing Administration for approval after the opinions are signed by the competent departments and publishing bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.
