1) the fault lubrication pump does not output oil

reasons:

· the oil tank is empty

· bubbles in the grease

· the oil inlet of the pump core is blocked

· the one-way valve of the pump core is invalid or blocked

treatment:

· fill oil into the oil tank and start the lubrication cycle until the oil injection at each lubrication point is normal

· take out the pump core, check the sundries at the oil inlet of the pump core and clean it

3) fault: the pump is running, but the oiler does not operate

treatment:

1) ensure that the air pressure or hydraulic pressure of the pump is set correctly

4) fault: the pump is running, and only some oilers act

reason:

· low system pressure

· empty oil tank

treatment:

· increase the system pressure, and check the pressure of the oiler farthest from the pump

· fill the oil tank

· exhaust the pump or main pipe

· check the system pressure at the intermittent time to ensure that the system pressure is low enough for all injectors to recycle

· ensure that all oilers are correct

5) fault: the pump stops running before all oilers act

reason:

· the setting of pump running time is too short

· the position of pressure switch is too close to the pump

· system pressure is too low

fault:

· increase the running time of the pump

· set the pressure switch to the farthest end of the pipeline

· increase the system pressure and check the oiler at the farthest end of the pipeline

6) fault: at the end of all oiling, people in the industry said that the device completed the cycle, the pump could not stop, and the controller gave an alarm

reason:

· the pressure switch was not set correctly according to the decision-making procedures of listed companies at that time

· there was no electrical connection between the pressure switch and the controller

· the pressure switch was damaged, worn or blocked

processing:

· adjust the pressure switch to the correct pressure

· repair the electrical connection of the pressure switch

· repair or replace the pressure switch

7) fault: the oiler does not discharge oil

reason:

· the oil discharge of the oiler has been adjusted to the minimum

· the pipeline is blocked or the bearing clearance is too tight

· the oiler spring is damaged or worn

· injector plunger wear

· injector check valve leakage or blockage

treatment:

· adjust the oil discharge of the injector

· clean the blockage or check the bearing

· replace the spring

· replace the oiler

· replace the sealing ring or clean up sundries
