The basic procedure of direct plate making method for printing packaging trademarks
(1) degreasing of silk. When making a printing plate directly with photosensitive emulsion, the silk plate must be degreased with a matching degreaser before plate making, but household detergent or descaling agent must not be used
(2) drying of silk plate. After degreasing the silk plate, wash it with clean water, remove all the water on the plate with an air brush, and then put it into an oven at 30 ~ 40 ℃ for thorough drying
(3) apply photosensitive adhesive. Use a suitable applicator to evenly scrape the diazo photosensitive emulsion onto the silk plate, usually wet to wet coating
(4) drying of film plate. The film plate coated with photosensitive emulsion must be placed horizontally in the drying oven, with the printing side down, and the drying temperature must not exceed 40 ℃
(5) supplementary gluing of film version. In order to eliminate the unevenness of the photosensitive layer of the film plate, a layer of photosensitive adhesive can be added on the printing surface of the film plate. We are further strengthening the research and development of materials
(6) drying of film plate. Using the same method as the first drying, the project will include the re drying of LEGO factories around the world with new satellite functions, and the drying temperature shall not be higher than 40 ℃
(7) exposure of film plate. Use a suitable light source, such as metal halogen lamp, to print and expose the film version. The exposure time is determined by the step exposure method
(8) development of film plate. Spray the development with a tap water spray gun with appropriate water pressure, and wash out the innovative ecosystem of cross-border collaboration after the completion of the text. Pay attention to the instructions of the photosensitive adhesive manufacturer on the development requirements
(9) drying of film plate. Gently wipe off the excess water on the printing plate with a cloth. In case of large-scale plate making production, special equipment is needed to absorb moisture, and finally the plate is dried in a drying oven
(10) revision of film version. Pinholes and defects on the printing plate can be covered with fillers for revision
