How to use and maintain hardware pneumatic tools
methods and skills for using and maintaining pneumatic tools:
1. Ensure the correct substitute air supply system: the inlet pressure at the tool inlet (not the outlet pressure of the air compressor) is generally 90psig (6.2kg/cm^2), too high or too low will damage the performance and service life of the tool. The air inlet must contain sufficient lubricating oil for 1-2 seconds, so that the pneumatic motor in the tool can be fully lubricated (a white paper can be placed at the exhaust of the tool to check whether there is oil stain, which is normal). The intake air must be as free of moisture as possible. It is inappropriate for the compressed air not to pass through the air dryer
2. Do not operate after arbitrarily removing the parts of the tool, except that it will affect the safety of the operator and cause damage to the tool
3. High working efficiency. If the tool has a slight fault or cannot achieve the original function after use, it can no longer be used, and it should be checked immediately
4. When using various tools, be sure to follow various safety regulations and instructions
5. Choose appropriate tools to work. If the size of the tools is too large, there should be no peeling and scattering, which is easy to cause work injury, and if the size of the tools is too small, it is easy to cause tool damage
6. Regularly (about once a week) check and maintain tools. Tim is a kind of test we often do. Add butter to the rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to the pneumatic motor parts
